Founder, Independent Music Platform
Designing a live experience starts long before the artist walks on stage. The arc of a night, which artist opens, how energy builds, where the set breaks, and what the room feels at the peak — these are the decisions that separate a good event from one people talk about for years. Four years of producing has taught me exactly how to make those calls.
I've personally conceptualised, funded, and produced 100+ live events in Hyderabad, from 30-person unplugged sessions to the city's first independent music festival with 2,400 attendees. I've put over ₹1 Crore in earnings directly into artists' hands. Artists trust my direction because I've never asked them to be less than what they are. Clients come back because I consistently deliver more than what they asked for.
The events people remember aren't the ones with the biggest production. They're the ones where the music felt inevitable. Like it couldn't have been anyone else, in that room, on that night. That's what I build.

FAQ
For concerts and larger productions, we recommend reaching out at least 6–8 weeks in advance. For corporate or private events, 3–4 weeks is usually enough. That said, we've pulled together excellent events on shorter timelines — drop us a message and we'll be straight with you about what's possible.
Yes. We've executed events in Bangalore, Mumbai, and other cities. Our artist network spans all major metros and we can coordinate production partners locally wherever your event is held. Travel and outstation logistics are factored into the quote upfront — no surprises.
It depends on the format. Intimate acoustic sessions for private events can start from ₹50,000–₹80,000 all-in. Full corporate shows with sound, lighting, and a live band typically start from ₹3–5 lakhs. We don't have a fixed minimum — share your brief and we'll tell you exactly what's achievable at your budget.
We handle everything — artist contracts, tech riders, rehearsals, sound checks, production setup, and on-ground coordination on the day. You have one point of contact throughout. Our philosophy: you should be able to arrive at your own event and simply experience it.
Both. If you have specific artists in mind, we can book and manage them directly. If you want us to curate, we'll come back with a shortlist built around your brief — often featuring artists you wouldn't have found on your own. Most clients end up loving the curated approach.
Events playing commercially licensed music (Bollywood, international releases) typically require a license from IPRS or PPL, which adds cost and paperwork. When you book independent artists performing their own original work, that requirement is bypassed entirely. It's not mandatory for all formats, but it's a meaningful advantage if you're open to independent acts.
